Governor Patrick Morrisey plans to work with legislative leaders on holding several special sessions in the coming months. Topics will include PEIA, the School Aid Formula, and taxes. Legislative leaders agree that working on these complex issues outside of the regular session will allow for more focused attention. Both House Speaker Roger Hanshaw and Senate President Randy Smith expressed support for this collaborative approach.
