Forty-seven-year-old Cumberland resident Elaine Marie Bunbasi has been indicted on several charges, one of which included retaliation against a witness; she was also charged with first-degree assault and conspiracy to commit second-degree assault for crimes that occurred on June 18th. She is awaiting trial in Allegany County Circuit Court, after posting a $10,000 bond Friday, following a bail review.
