A 34-year-old man is being identified as the person killed Saturday night in the crash of an off-road vehicle in Somerset County. According to Pennsylvania State Police, Sean Chaney lost control of a UTV in Fairhope Township and the vehicle overturned near Pack Saddle Road. Chaney suffered fatal injuries when thrown from the vehicle.
