JCPenney is selling off nearly 120 stores across the country, including two in the Pittsburgh area. The clothing and home goods retailer has reached a roughly one-billion-dollar deal for the properties with a Boston-based private equity firm. The JCPenney stores at the Westmoreland Mall and at the Mall at Robinson are included in the sale. It is not yet known whether those stores will remain open when the deal is finalized in September.
