Maryland’s six casinos brought in more than 162 million dollars in gaming revenue last month, up one percent from a year ago. The casinos contributed nearly 70 million dollars to the state, with 50 million going to public education. MGM National Harbor led the pack with nearly 68 million dollars, while Horseshoe Casino Baltimore saw the biggest jump, up nearly 13 percent. Despite the overall increase, overall casino revenue for the fiscal year is down slightly compared to last year.
