STATE OF MARYLAND TO SUE ADMINISTRATION OVER FBI HQ DECISION

The state of Maryland is planning to sue the Trump Administration over its decision to stop the relocation of the FBI’s headquarters.  The General Services Administration announced that the agency’s headquarters would be relocated to Greenbelt, Maryland, in 2023.  Those plans were halted when President Trump took office, and a decision to move the FBI to a building on Pennsylvania Avenue was announced earlier this year.  State leaders are expected to announce the lawsuit later today.
