ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS TO RESUME O.C. INLET DREDGING

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers will resume dredging operations at the Ocean City Inlet this week.  The dredge Murden will work at the entrance to the Sinepuxent Channel from Thursday, November 20th through Tuesday, November 25th.  The northern part of the West Ocean City Harbor was dredged in July with crews removing nearly eight-thousand cubic yards of material in three priority areas.  If the dredge work is not completed by the Thanksgiving holiday, operations will pause and resume on November 29th.
