Somerset County resident Braxton Judy will spend nearly two years behind bars after pleading guilty to his role in a 2023 fatal crash that took the lives of 17-year-old Talan Marva and 20-year-old Rachel Maldonado. District Attorney Molly Metzgar claimed the victim’s families did agree to the plea deal. As part of the plea, Judy will also have his driving privileges suspended.
