The Mavericks are celebrating the life and legacy of frontman Raulo Malo with two tribute shows next month. According to a press release, the group will salute Malo with a “celebration of the band’s decades long history and contribution to American and Latin music” on December 5th and 6th in Tennessee. The shows will feature over 25 artists from different genres performing songs by The Mavericks. A portion of the proceeds will go to benefit Stand Up to Cancer. Malo has been battling cancer since 2024.
