REP. MC CLAIN DELANEY PROPOSES MEASURE TO REDIRECT ARGENTINA BAILOUT TO AMERICAN FARMERS

Maryland’s 6th District Representative has introduced a bill to redirect the 20-billion-dollar bailout for Argentina to support American farmers struggling under rising tariffs.  April McClain Delaney says U.S. farmers are struggling to break even during the 2025 harvest as tariffs raise operating costs and cut demand for American crops. The American Farmers First Act would use the funding slated for Argentina to provide essential aid to American farmers and producers affected by the tariff rates.
