Hollidaysburg attorney, Michael Cohen, has been sentenced to 15 months in federal prison after admitting to forging the signature of a U.S. District Judge on two separate occasions. Federal Prosecutors revealed that Cohen falsely informed a client he has filed a civil lawsuit against a healthcare company, but never did. He then forged the electronic signature of the judge to make it appear legitimate. He pleaded guilty to the charges this past summer.
