Cumberland resident Jason Dillon Roager faces several charges following a Monday incident at a South Mechanic Street business. Roager was allegedly refusing to pay his bill, and had assaulted several staff members inside the business. When officers arrived, he was found passed out on the floor, but later assaulted officers and, after a brief struggle, was placed under arrest. Roager was later taken to the Allegany County Detention Center.
