West Virginia collected 443 million dollars in November, nearly 30 million dollars ahead of estimates. Personal income tax collections are up 12 percent over last November and consumer sales tax is up 11 percent. Revenue Secretary Eric Nelson says significant growth in the northern and eastern panhandles is driving the increases. The state has collected two-point-two billion dollars for the fiscal year, 130 million dollars ahead of estimates.
