The Maverick’s Raulo Malo is recovering after experiencing a medical crisis over the weekend. He was taken to an emergency room just before The band’s Nashville tribute shows in honor of him. Malo, who is currently battling cancer, had intended to make an appearance at December 5th and 6th shows, but was admitted into the hospital just a day before the first show. The musician’s wife, Betty Malo, didn’t share any details about what brought him to the ER, but she did say that he was “stable.”
