Hyndman resident Kyle James McClintock is being charged with obstructing and hindering, assault, destruction of property and other counts, following his arrest yesterday in the first block of North Centre Street. McClintock was allegedly intoxicated and uncooperative with police. He allegedly assaulted an officer during a brief struggle, resulting in damage to a police cruiser. He was being held, awaiting an initial appearance.
