New Paris resident Seth Shome faces dozens of charges following a nearly 3-1/2 year investigation into allegations he exchanged child pornography with a sex offender in Washington State. Numerous sexually graphic images were allegedly sent to a man named Joshua Strickland. Shomo would often take his own photos of children to share with Strickland. Shomo is being held at the Bedford County Jail, with bail set at $750,000.
