DATA CENTER, AT FORMER LUKE MILL SITE, DISCUSSED BY COMMISSIONERS

Although there are no current plans for a data center to be built at the for Verso Paper site at Luke, the issue was apparently discussed by the Allegany County Commissioners. County Economic Development Specialist Adam Strott and Economic and Community Development Director Jeff Barclay were copied on an email, from Off the Grid Energy Works, in which the possibility was discussed. The email was also sent to the United States Department of Agriculture, according to the Cumberland Times-News.
