K-9 UNIT QUICKLY LOCATES BURGLARY SUSPECT

Oldtown resident Stefani Ann Werry was quickly arrested early yesterday morning, thanks to the efforts of K-9 Officer “Erik.” A resident of the 22000-block of Gilpin Road in Flintstone, who was at work for the Allegany County Department of Emergency Services, had been notified by a surveillance system that a suspect was trying to enter his home. Within 60-seconds the suspect was taken into custody and taken to the Allegany County Detention Center, pending a bond review.
