A new poll shows West Virginia voters are strongly behind upgrading the state’s electric grid. Pollster Mark Blankenship says 68 percent of voters call it a priority, and a full 95 percent say it should be at least an important priority. Former State Senator Craig Blair says a modernized grid could help grow West Virginia’s energy economy, which already supports more than 87-thousand jobs and generates over 700-million dollars. Blair now leads the group West Virginians for Affordable and Reliable Energy.
