Two men have been sentenced to federal prison for selling fentanyl and methamphetamine in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Parkville, Maryland resident Demarkco Canty and Sean Jared Davis of Baltimore received the sentences. Canty was sentenced to 9-1/2 years in prison, while Davis was sentenced to 20 years in prison in December, 2024. The other 20 defendants in the case were sentenced to a combined 41 years in prison. In a separate case, Springfield resident was sentenced to 7-1/2 years in prison, and 54-year old Gregory Brian Harrison was sentenced to two years. Both were working together to sell methamphetamine in Hampshire County.
