CITY LOOKING AT FUNDING FOR COUNTY PARK

Cumberland city officials say they will likely grant the county’s request for a $200,000 contribution to the second phase of the Willowbrook Outdoor Wellness Park. The “WOW” recreational complex, according to the Cumberland Times-News, is owned by the county, and is adjacent to Allegany College of Maryland. The park is within the Cumberland city limits.
