MERITUS NURSE RESIDENCY PROGRAM EARNS NATIONAL REACCREDITATION

Meritus Health’s Nurse Residency Program has earned national reaccreditation from the Practice Transition Accreditation Program.  The accreditation is awarded to programs that meet rigorous, evidence-based standards. The program at Meritus was evaluated on its curriculum, outcomes and commitment to fostering clinical competence and confidence among newly licensed registered nurses. Meritus says the designation will help recruitment efforts and strengthen the organization’s ability to prepare highly skilled nurses to serve the community.
