Osterburg residents Jennifer Virginia Sell and Anna Margaret Strayer have been charged with having hundreds of baggies of Xylazine, also known as “tranq” during a traffic stop. They were pulled over in West St. Clair Township, after allegedly returning from Pittsburgh. They claimed they were breeding a dog there, and the drugs were found during a search of the vehicle. Both women were taken to the Bedford County Prison, with bail set at $250,000 each.
