Maryland State Comptroller Brooke Lierman will visit the town of Westernport today, to mark the one-year anniversary of the devastating flash floods that struck the county. During her visit, the comptroller will visit several sites impacted by the flooding and ongoing recovery efforts. The state has provided millions of dollars in relief and recovery support to Western Maryland communities.
