CAPITO, HOWELL WIN PRIMARY

Senator Shelley Moore Capito wont the Republican primary for U.S. Senate Tuesday, and will face Democratic challenger Rachel Fetty Anderson. Delegate Gary Howell won his primary race in the 87^th District of West Virginia.
