Portions of Allegany County are under a flood watch, and the public school system and offices are closed, due to the potential for flooding. This is not a virtual learning day for students. Bishop Walsh and Calvary Christian Academy are closed as well. The school closures are being done out of an abundance of caution for students and staff.
