Pennsylvania is among the top five states in the country when it comes to dog attacks on postal carriers. Results of a new survey released by the U.S. Postal Service show 267 such incidents reported in the Keystone State last year — the fifth-most among all states. Pittsburgh had 21 reported bite incidents while Philadelphia had 20. California was the state with the highest number of reported dog-bite incidents on mail carriers with 673.
