A Somerset County man is being identified as one of the people who were killed in a skydiving plane crash in Butler, Missouri this past weekend. A dozen people lost their lives when the aircraft went down shortly after takeoff near Kansas City around 11:30 Sunday morning. One of the casualties was 69-year-old Kurt John Roy, from Windber, Pennsylvania. The NTSB is investigating the cause of the crash.
