A candidate running for Washington County Commissioner is facing multiple charges for disrupting the public comment portion of a meeting and refusing to leave the room on Tuesday. Republican Curtis Reigh of Hagerstown apparently made accusations against a current member, but was told the civil case had already been decided and it was not relevant to the meeting. When Reigh refused orders to leave he was arrested by a Washington County Sheriff’s deputy. A case search says he’s charged with trespassing in a public agency during operational hours and failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order. Reigh was released on his own recognizance.
