Saxton, Pennsylvania resident Jesus Martinez Garcia is accused of raping a woman he was with at a local restaurant last week. He was charged with rape, rape of a mentally disabled person, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault without consent and related charges. The victim had mental disabilities, preventing her from being able to consent to having sex. Garcia was placed in the Bedford County prison on $250,000 bail. He has a preliminary hearing, set for tomorrow.
