MAN SERVED CRIMINAL SUMMONS

Cumberland resident Jeremiah Robert Tigner was served a criminal summons on Tuesday. He was issued as the result of an incident that occurred on October 23^rd of last year. During a search, Tigner was found to be in possession of suspected drug paraphernalia. An application for charges was filed against him in Allegany County District Court. He was later released pending trial.
