The death of another state prison inmate is under investigation. Maryland State Police say 33-year-old Christopher White was found unresponsive in his cell at the Western Correctional Institution in Allegany County on Wednesday afternoon. He was pronounced dead and another inmate has been identified as a suspect. The latest case comes days after Kelvin Hite was found dead at the Roxbury Correctional Institution in Hagerstown and Omar Valdez-Granados was discovered dead last week at the North Branch Correctional Institution in Cumberland.
