MAN ARRESTED AT UPMC-WESTERN MARYLAND

Cumberland resident Michael D’Andre Patterson was charged with second-degree assault and disturbing the peace following an incident early Wednesday evening UPMC-Western Maryland. Patterson is accused of disrupting the emergency room and ultimately assaulted a staff member. He was arrested and received a District Court hearing, where he was later released on his own recognizance.
