A disturbance at Allegany County District Court resulted in the arrest of two Cumberland residents on Friday. Delores Haines and Trey Hamilton were involved in a disturbance and told to leave. Hamilton refused to leave, and allegedly assaulted one of the bailiffs, when they tried to detain him. Ms. Haines also caused disturbance and refused to leave the property. Following their arrest, Haines was issued criminal citations and released, pending trial. Hamilton posted a $5000 unsecured personal bond.
