Bunker Hill, West Virginia resident Jennifer Nicole Gant was charged with possession of CDS paraphernalia, following a traffic stop on Oldtown Road. A K-9 free air sniff of the car alerted officers to the presence of CDS. She was issued a citation, and later released from the scene, pending trial in District Court.
