Washington County officials say the Maryland Department of Transportation is asking the public for input on the 2026 Maryland State Freight Plan. MDOT is looking for feedback on the feedback on the development and refinement of the plan’s vision, goals, and objectives. The Freight Plan serves as a statewide strategy to better understand and improve freight mobility, supply chain operations, and transportation efficiency, The online survey takes less than ten minutes and responses are due by June 15th.
