COMMISSIONERS UPDATE D.R. HORTON PROJECT

The Allegany County Commissioners updated the land development agreement with D.R. Horton for a housing development project, at the former site of Allegany High School. The issue has been discussed for nearly three years. Horton recently provided a signed contract, and the county could take action as early as July 23rd.
