Two individuals have recently appeared in Garrett County Circuit Court and were sentenced. Swanton resident Andrea Rose Younkin admitted to violation of probation on previous convictions. She was sentenced to two years in prison. Mario Lopez Rosal also was found to be in violation of probation and sentenced to 60-days in the Garrett County Detention Center.
