CUMBERLAND PROPOSING TV, MOVIE PERMIT PROCESS

Cumberland officials are planning to adopt an ordinance to regulate television and motion picture production, commercial photography, and related activities that occur on public property including streets, sidewalks, parks, and rights of way. The Cumberland Times-News reports the ordinance would establish permit requirements, fees and enforcement provisions for those types of activities.
