A 6-year-old child was flown to Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, after falling about 30 feet from the second-story window at the Super 8 Motel in LaVale just after 6 p.m. yesterday. The child suffered a head injury. The child was taken by ambulance from the motel to a landing zone at Lion’s Field off of Braddock Road.
