Pennsylvania resident Todd Charles German was arrested Saturday, after he was accused of indecent exposure at the Braddock Square Shopping Center. One of the individuals was a child. He was arrested on Interstate 68, after initially refusing to stop; he also struggled when being placed under arrest. German was evaluated by EMS personnel for minor injuries sustained during the struggle. The Maryland State Police Cumberland barrack was assisted by the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office.
