Oakland resident Danielle Page Newcomb was arrested Sunday, after allegedly having a handgun, and threatening to kill people in the parking lot of Brodak Plaza. The investigation revealed that she had a loaded 22-calibre handgun, and was banging on the door of a business, threatening to kill people inside. She was charged with several offenses, and had been held in the Garrett County Detention Center.
