A third man is heading to prison in connection with the 2020 murder in Hagerstown. Raymond Campbell has been sentenced to two life sentences plus 35-years for the murder of Daynard Johnson of Waynesboro. According to prosecutors, the shooting was revenge for the killing of Campbell’s brother in Berkeley County, West Virginia. Co-defendants Alexander Brooks and Brock Smith were previously convicted.
