Dolly Parton mural…

A man who vandalized a Dolly Parton mural in Nashville, Tennessee, is explaining himself. The mural sits outside a popular music venue Five Spot, and was defaced on Monday by a man whose name hasn’t been released. The business says they know who did it, and the vandal told them that his actions weren’t done out of hate or anger towards anyone, but rather because “he’s in a bad mental state.” No one involved will be pressing charges and plans are in motion to fix the artwork.
