SHERIFF’S OFFICE STILL TRYING TO IDENTIFY VICTIM OF FATAL CRASH

The Allegany County Sheriff’s Office deputies are working with Pennsylvania officials to identify the driver that was killed in a Sunday morning crash, east of Flintstone. Investigators say the victim was a man, and the investigation has led to the Pittsburgh area to identify him. The crash happened just before 3 a.m. Sunday on National Pike, and the car was found fully engulfed in flames, as emergency crews arrived on the scene, according to the Cumberland Times-News.
