GRAND JURY INDICTMENT SERVED

Cumberland resident Aleta Snowden was served a grand jury indictment for narcotics distribution. She was originally charged with several drug-related counts. Ms. Snowden was searched while being arrested, and officers found suspected fentanyl, along with drug paraphernalia. She was later taken to the Allegany County Detention Center, and was to have received a hearing.
