Through the use of dental records, the victim in the August 2nd crash on Route 144 in Flintstone has been identified as 55-year-old Aaron Keith Blackwell of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The Office of the Medical Examiner in Baltimore made the identification. The car overturned and caught fire. Blackwell’s family says they don’t know why he was in Allegany County. The crash remains under investigation, and anyone with information should contact the Allegany County Sheriff’s Office.
