HEARING SET FOR ALLEGED MEYERSDALE SHOOTER

Chad Lytle, who is accused of shooting a woman four times in the shoulder, has a hearing on September 10^th. The victim was released from the hospital on Monday, and Lytle is now charged with attempted homicide, two counts of aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and simple assault. He is also accused of pointing his weapon at a man at the scene, but the gun did not discharge. He remains in the Somerset County Jail, with no bail set.
