MAN ARRESTED ON ARREST WARRANT FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR, OTHER COUNTS

Sixty-two year old Gary Ray Bookheimner was arrested in the area of Bridge Street on a warrant for failure to appear in court. A search revealed a quantity of suspected controlled dangerous substances and associated paraphernalia He was taken to police headquarters, and was issued criminal citations for the CDs and associated paraphernalia. He received a District Court hearing, where he was released on his own recognizance.
