GARRETT COUNTY MAN CHARGED WITH FELONY THEFT

Oakland resident Drew Caleb Stull has been charged with felony theft, following an investigation from the Garrett County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division. Stull, the owner of Rough Country Restoration, agreed to complete work on a local condominium complex; he was paid for the work in 2025, but allegedly never completed the work. He is currently in the Garrett County Detention Center, where he is being held, pending a bond hearing. The investigation remains ongoing. Additionally, any Maryland homeowner who has conducted business with Stull and/or Rough Country Restoration and believes they experienced a similar incident within the past three years may contact the Maryland Home Improvement Commission at 410-230-6309.
